Parts Zone Vic Policy

Please read it carefully before placing the order

Make sure the part you choose fits to your car. We only refund or return if our parts faulty.
All orders require a deposit. When you pay the deposit that means you want the parts. The deposit is not refundable if you change your mind for any reason.
You must pay a minimum of 10% of the value of your order as a deposit, the deposit is only valid for 7 days (1 week)
If we are at fault we will be happy to refund, if the customer is at fault we will follow standard procedure below and try sort the correct part.
If any parts are faulty, you can bring them back and we will either fix the part or find another one. If we cannot fix the part or find another one then we will do a refund.
If the parts are faulty, please notify us at the time you notice that and then return the part in the same original condition that it was sold in. (If the part is tampered with in anyway, we are not liable to refund the part).
If you need your order to be posted, the cost of freight will be added to your order.
All the engine accessories on the sale of the engine are complimentary and are not covered by warranty.
All the mechanical and electrical parts will come with a 3-month parts warranty. (All engines, gearboxes, transfer cases, and differentials need to be installed by a qualified mechanic. Turbos need to be installed by a qualified high- performance mechanic. For electrical parts, they have to be installed by a qualified auto electrician otherwise it will void the warranty.)

Protection: If the part fails within this period, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover labor costs, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse.

Premium Warranty

Plan

Coverage: Our most comprehensive coverage extends to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Protection: Along with replacement or refund, we offer one-time free shipping for returns or replacements.

Exclusions: Does not cover labor costs, improper installation, or damage caused by misuse.

6 Months

Extended Warranty

Plan

Coverage: This warranty extends coverage to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Protection: Includes all the benefits of the Standard Warranty, plus an extended period for added peace of mind.

Exclusions: Labor costs, improper installation, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

Terms and Conditions

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To make a claim, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

All returned parts will be inspected upon receipt. If the part is found to be defective, we will process the replacement or refund as per the warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, accidents, misuse, or modifications. Labor costs are not reimbursed under any warranty option.
